Module 3 – Sparx Reader Intervention
Happy New Year!
Please be advised that I will be conducting reading engagement interventions during the course of this module. Your child has been identified as someone who would benefit from time in the library, engaging in Sparx Reader and discussing books with myself and peers.
I will collect your child from their reading lesson each week and escort them to the library.
There is no preparation required on your part; this letter is simply to inform you of the intervention taking place. Please can I ask that you support this initiative by encouraging your child to read at home, either using the Sparx Reader platform, or a borrowed book from our library.
I am excited to work closely with your child to embed a love of reading for pleasure.
