Dear Parents/Carers,
I am writing to inform you about the upcoming face-to-face Year 10 parents’ evening which is scheduled on Thursday 1st February from 16.00 till 19.00. This evening is an opportunity for us to discuss your child’s progress and any concerns that you may have.
During these meetings, we will discuss your child’s academic performance, behaviour, and any challenges they may be facing. We will also share strategies that can help your child improve in areas where they may be struggling. We believe that a collaborative approach between parents, teachers, and students is essential for success in education.
Appointments can be made up until 12.00 on the 1st February. All appointments are restricted to 5 minutes to ensure that you have time to meet as many teachers as possible. If after this time you require more information, please contact the academy with your details and a member of the team will get back to you.
In addition to meeting the Year 10 teachers you will have an opportunity to attend a range of stalls to support you. These will include;
- MCAS sign up and support
- Parent Voice table
- Meet the Pastoral team
We strongly encourage you to attend this meeting as it will provide you with valuable insight into your child’s academic and personal development. If you are unable to attend the parents’ evening, please inform us as soon as possible, so we can arrange an alternative meeting time or provide a summary of the discussion.
