Firstly I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year.
Since April 2023 we have introduced a number of new communication strategies to help us improve our communication with our parents and carers these include, increased college admin, increased pastoral support, direct college emails and most recently the successful implementation of our parent drop in service.
As we continue to reflect and strive to maintain open and effective communication with our families, your feedback is and has been invaluable in helping us provide the best possible learning environment for your children.
As a direct result from our ‘Parent Voice Forum’, we’re excited to announce a new way to make staying connected even easier: our “Request Call Back” button! Located on the school website under the Contact Us section, this feature allows you to quickly and easily submit a request for a phone call from a relevant member of staff.
Simply select the college you’d like to speak with, and provide a brief description of your inquiry. Our team will aim to return your call within 48 hours.
Whether you have questions about upcoming events, need clarification on school policies, or simply want to share your thoughts and suggestions, the “Request Call Back” button is here to serve as a direct and convenient communication channel.
We believe this new feature will further strengthen our communication bridge and encourage open dialogue between families and the school. Please don’t hesitate to utilise this service, and know that your calls and inquiries are always welcome.
