Dear Parents/Carers,
On Wednesday 13 December, Cucina, the Academy’s catering provider, will be providing our pupils with Christmas Dinner. On this day, there will be no other hot food available from the Restaurant area however, the Snack Shack will be providing a reduced food menu consisting of panni’s, baguettes and sandwiches for those who do not wish to have the Christmas dinner.
The cost is as follows: Christmas Dinner with dessert £3.50; just Christmas Dinner £2.53 or just Dessert £1.55 and this can be pre-booked via ParentPay. Please can you complete the form attached advising whether your child will be requiring a meal and if so, which. We will then set up the correct ParentPay option for this and upon booking your child’s meal, the Academy will issue a dinner token which can be redeemed at the payment terminals.
Please note, those pupils in receipt of a free school meal, no action is required. Your child will receive a Christmas dinner and dessert.
