Dear Parents/Carers
I wanted to provide an update of the payment for the trip to NYC – April 2025. After speaking to the accounts team we are able to set up parent pay to enable you to make monthly payments, which I know many of you are keen to do.
The remaining balance is £1470, due by 23rd January 2025, and with 9 months left (May-January) the monthly payments work out as follows:
- 1 x payment £166
- 8 x payments £163
This is, of course, an optional way for you to pay and, if you prefer, you can still opt to make the final payment of £1470 on the final date of 23rd January 2025.
Additionally, I would like to invite you in for an information evening on Thursday 20th June at 5pm; here Mr Wrighton and I will discuss documents required, information on the places we are visiting, and potential spending money needed. Please confirm your attendance via this form.
