Flu Immunisation Programme
This is a reminder to submit a consent or decline for the Flu Immunisation Programme via the School Aged Immunisation Service’s website https://family.kentcht.nhs.uk/
Please scroll down and click on the blue button “Immunisations” to complete. The vaccinations will be taking place in school on 6-7 November.
The closing date for parents to complete the online consent form for your school is 31st October 2023.
