eSports Club Launch

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are excited to announce the launch of our e-sports Club after school. E-sports provides an opportunity for teamwork, strategy, and critical thinking while having fun in a digital environment.

We will start by offering two game options: Rocket League and Fortnite. To participate in e-sports Club, students will need to use personal accounts for gaming platforms such as Epic Games. This is a standard practice in the gaming community and ensures that each student has a personalised gaming experience.

In order for your child to join the e-sports club and use their personal gaming accounts, please read and sign the linked player contract form below. This form allows us to ensure that all necessary consents are obtained before your child participates in the club. All pupils that participate in the club will need to have a signed contract:

We understand the importance of privacy and security, and we want to assure you that we will handle personal information with the utmost care. The provided information will only be used for the purpose of facilitating your child’s participation in the e-sports club.

Further information on the timings of the club will be communicated soon. Thank you for your support in making the esports club a reality for our students. We believe that this initiative will not only provide a unique and enjoyable after-school activity but also promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and digital literacy skills.

Yours faithfully,
