I am writing to remind you of our upcoming Mock Exam Results Afternoon, which will be held on Monday 7th July from 16.00-17.00, in the Academy’s main assembly hall.
Following the completion of the summer Mock Examinations, this afternoon provides a vital opportunity to reflect on your child’s progress and to strategise for the upcoming GCSE examinations in Y11. These mock results are a powerful tool, offering an understanding of current performance and highlighting where areas of development are required.
We understand that these results can be a source of both encouragement and concern. Our dedicated staff will be on hand to offer guidance and support, ensuring that students leave with a clear understanding of their next steps.
We firmly believe that these mock examinations, and this results collection afternoon, are integral to the success of our Year 10 students. By working together, we can empower them to approach their GCSE examinations with confidence and achieve the best possible outcomes.

16.00-16.15 – Introduction
16.15-16.30 – Collection of results
16.30-17.00 – Informal year 10 teacher meet
What if I cannot collect my child’s results?
In the event that you cannot attend this event, we encourage the pupils to attend independently to receive key information.
Unfortunately we are unable to arrange individual meetings with staff.
