I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who attended our recent open events for our September 2025 cohort. It is indeed a privilege for us to be considered as the educational institution of choice for your child, and we are honoured that you took the time to explore what Strood Academy has to offer.
These events provide an invaluable opportunity for families to gain insights into our academy’s ethos, curriculum, and the various enrichment activities that we offer. We believe that a strong partnership between home and school is essential for the development of our students, and we hope the experience allows you to begin the process of envisioning your child’s future here with us.
As the deadline for applications approaches on 31st October, we want to ensure that you have all the information you require to make an informed decision. We understand that this is a significant choice, and we encourage you to reach out with any further queries or to discuss any concerns you may have. Throughout our open events, we were thrilled to welcome over 1,000 visitors to the academy, and we are delighted to report that the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Your enthusiastic responses affirm our commitment to providing a nurturing and high-achieving educational environment for all students.
Since my appointment as Principal in April 2023, I have been immensely proud of our collective achievements, particularly with the record-breaking academic results we obtained in the summer of 2024. These accomplishments reflect the dedication of our talented staff, the hard work of our students, and the support of parents and the wider community. While we take time to celebrate these successes, we understand that there is always more to be done, and we are committed to continuously evolving in our efforts to provide an exceptional education for our students. We eagerly look forward to welcoming your family into our academy community in September 2025.

The website includes our weekly bulletin for parents and carers, which shares updates about the various activities, achievements, and events that take place in our academy. Engaging with this information will provide you with a deeper insight into daily life at Strood Academy.
As a final reminder, we will be hosting our last open morning tours this week on Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th, and Thursday 17th October, commencing at 9:30 am. We would be delighted to see you once more and allow you to explore our academy further before the application deadline.
