Dear Parents/Carers
With approximately 4 months to the NYC trip, I wanted to remind you of some key information regarding the trip.
Firstly, please ensure you apply for your ESTA via the official website which can be found here; you must have obtained authorisation at least 72 hours before departure.
Also, please can you send in a photo or scanned copy of your child’s passport by Friday 20th December, as I need to record this information on a secure spreadsheet – please ensure the photo clearly shows the passport number, expiry date, full name, nationality, and country of residence. You can send this information to my email victoria.wrighton@stroodacademy.org Alternatively, if you do not want to send a photo, please have your child bring in their passport, so I can record the relevant information.
Additionally, please let me know of any medical conditions I need to be aware of and any dietary requirements your child may have (the food order forms will be completed early in the new year).
Finally, a polite reminder that the remaining balance for this trip is due by the 23rd of January 2025, via parent pay.
Mr Wrighton and I will organise another parent and student meeting in the new year to further discuss the trip and to answer any additional questions you may have.
