Re: Madrid Easter 2026 – Open to All Year 10 Students
We are delighted to confirm that we are organising an exciting educational trip to Madrid, Spain, during the Easter break in April 2026. Following initial interest, we are now pleased to extend this opportunity to all current Year 10 students, regardless of the subjects they study.
The trip aims to broaden students’ horizons and build their independence, teamwork and cultural understanding – all valuable life skills.
Trip Details
Destination: Madrid, Spain
Dates: Monday 6 April – Friday 10 April 2026 (4 nights / 5 days)
Cost: £830.00 per student*
Boarding: Bed & Breakfast (The Hat Hostel or similar – to be confirmed)
Travel: Return flights (London – Madrid)
- UK coach transfers to and from the airport
- Airport & local coach transfers in Madrid
- Madrid Metro Travel Card (valid for the duration of the trip)

- A small tourist tax may be payable at the accommodation
- We advise budgeting an additional £50 contingency fund
Legal and Financial Protection
This trip is fully protected and operated by a reputable travel company. Your child’s booking includes financial protection under the following:
- ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents)
- ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence)
- IATA (International Air Transport Association)
Payment Schedule
The option to pay in monthly instalments with the first initial non-refundable deposit payment of £250 to be paid by Monday 14th July 2025. To secure your child’s place on the trip, please make payment via ParentPay.

Important Notes
- Students will need a valid passport and a UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC).
- If you do not yet have a GHIC, it can be applied for free on the NHS website: www.nhs.uk/ghic
- Final cost is based on the current availability of flights and is subject to minor adjustments. Any changes will be communicated before deposits are paid to the operator.
