Dear Parents/Carers,
We are writing to inform you about an essential resource to support your child’s progress in their GCSE Combined Science course.
To help students prepare for the required practicals that feature in the final examinations, we are asking parents to purchase a GCSE Combined Science Lab Book at the cost of £3.10. This book is tailored to the AQA GCSE specification and is a vital tool to support pupils’ understanding and revision of the practical elements of the course. It will be used regularly in class and at home to ensure pupils are confident and well-prepared for this key component of their exams.
Every student must have their own copy of this lab book, as it will be a central part of their learning and it will be used regularly throughout the whole course.
Please make payment of £3.10 via ParentPay by Friday 27th June. If, for any reason, you are unable to afford the cost at this time, please do not hesitate to contact us via the usual college emails and we will do our best to offer support.
