Dear Parents/Carers,
Theatre Trip to the Marlowe Theatre – 4th December 2025
I am writing to inform you of an exciting opportunity for our students to attend the 2025 Pantomime at the Marlowe Theatre on Thursday 4th December 2025. This trip aims to enrich our students’ understanding and appreciation of the performing arts, and is an excellent way to welcome them to our school community.
The cost of the trip is £30 per student, which covers transportation to and from the theatre as well as the price of the performance ticket. Payments will need to be made via ParentPay, which we will set up for all parents at the beginning of September 2025. To ensure your child secures their place, please complete the payment by 10th September 2025, tickets will be distributed on a first come first serve basis due to the limited number of tickets available.
On the day of the trip, students will need to return to school by 5 PM, allowing them sufficient time to eat before they need to be back at school. If students need to remain on school site then a space will be provided for them, but they will need to supply their own food. Once students are registered we will depart the school and anticipate arriving at the Marlowe Theatre for 6:30 PM. The performance will commence shortly after our arrival, and we expect to return to the academy with an estimated arrival time of 10:30 PM.
Please be aware that there are limited spaces available for this trip, to avoid disappointment, we urge you to sign your child up as soon as possible via the link below. Marlowe Panto Registration Form. We will then inform you in September if your child has a space on the trip and you will be able to make payment via ParentPay.
We believe this trip will be a wonderful experience for our students, enhancing their engagement with the arts and providing them with memorable moments.
