Dear Parents and Guardians,
At Strood Academy we are relentless in creating a better world, with the ever changing world today we want to ensure our carbon footprint continues to reduce.
With this in mind we’re pleased to introduce a local uniform repair and alteration shop, kle_clothing, which are now offering their services to our school community. This initiative is designed to help families extend the life of school uniforms—reducing the need to purchase new items unnecessarily.
Services include:
- Replacing zips and buttons on clothing and bags
- Repair and mend tears and holes
- Alterations to improve fit or extend wear
To make the process easy and accessible:
- Uniforms will be collected and returned through the school
- Payment links will be sent directly to parents—no need to visit the shop
Families who mention Strood Academy uniform will receive a 10% discount on all services.
We hope this initiative offers practical support for families while promoting sustainability in our school community.
