Dear Parents/Carers,
We are very excited for our upcoming performance of Shrek next week (Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th April). This email is to finalise some of the details about the performances.
The doors to the auditorium will open at 6pm and only from then will audience members be able to take their seats. Everyone will be signed in at the door to gain entry to the performance. Due to the limited number of seats per performance, tickets will not be available to purchase on any of the performance days. Therefore please make sure tickets are purchased through Parent Pay in advance of the performance.
If you (or any one in your party) have accessibility requests, please get in touch with jamie.minshull@stroodacademy.org who will organise reserving appropriate seating.
There will be an interval where refreshments can be purchased. This will be a cash only event and change would be appreciated. We anticipate the show performance (including interval) to be approximately 2 hours starting at 6:30pm.
The students have worked so incredibly hard for the performance and have dedicated so much of their time to make this happen. We are thrilled to finally show it to you all.
