Dear Parents/Carers,
As we approach the end of the academic year I wanted to write to you to share our early finishing times for the final day of the module. I hope the timing of this letter provides as much notice as possible to enable any changes to childcare arrangements to be made.
The end of the module 6 will be Thursday 20th July which will be a half day as per usual arrangements. We will be conducting a staggered dismissal from 13:00 – 13:15. We will have a usual break time and lunch time to enable all pupils to access the restaurant.
The bus companies have been informed of the early finish and ASD Buses have made the necessary amendments to their service. Unfortunately, Nu-Ventures have been unable to amend their service due to other commitments prior to their school service allocation. Our Reception will remain open until 13.45 to enable any parents/carers to collect their child should this be required.
I hope that this early communication allows for you to place relevant arrangements for your child. We will write to you again before the end of term with further details about our return to school for the new academic year. All term dates are on the academy website, but finer details will be shared with you in due course.
