Medical Information

Dear Parents/Carers,

As we approach the end of Module 4 it is vital that we have the most up to date and correct medical information so we can meet your child’s needs and keep them safe.

We are conducting our annual review and we invite you to inform us of any changes to your child’s medical needs or medication, if applicable. Prescribed medicines should only be administered at school when it would be detrimental to a child’s health or school attendance not to do so. We ask that all parents of children with medical conditions complete the form here by Tuesday 22 April in preparation for Module 5. Any medication will be refused without parental consent.

Medication can be handed in at our school Reception who will deliver to your child’s college Pastoral team where it will be securely stored during the school day. Medication should be in its original packaging, labelled clearly with your child’s name and Form,  complete with clear dosage instructions and expiry date. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that any medicines stored by the school have not passed their expiry dates and that fresh supplies are made available in good time.

If you require any further assistance please email your child’s college team.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Jon Richardson | Principal
