I am pleased to inform you of an exciting opportunity. At Strood Academy we recognise the huge benefit a child gains from learning a musical instrument. We are proud to have two excellent and enthusiastic visiting music teachers who are offering instrumental lessons in drums, guitar, piano, and vocals.
Students who sign up to Instrumental lessons will receive one session a week and will take place in one of the department practice rooms. Every lesson will be tailored to each individual student based on their ability and knowledge of the instrument.
A timetable will be posted on the department notice board to inform students of the time of their lesson. Lessons will work on a rotational basis so students will not be missing the same lesson each week.
- Drum Lessons – Thursday’s £97.50 – 5 lessons in module 3 (the price will change if term is longer/shorter)
5 x 30 minute lessons - Guitar, Vocal, Piano – Wednesday’s £67 for 5 lessons in a module
5 x 20 minute lessons
If your child is interested, places are available to apply for via Parent Pay. This will come on a first come first served basis. We encourage you to seize this opportunity to enrich your child’s educational experience and support their musical development.
