Dear Parent/Carer,
RE: GCSE Results Day – Thursday 21st August 2025
We are writing to inform you about the arrangements for GCSE Results Day for Year 11 students.
GCSE results will be available for collection from the school on Thursday 21st August 2025. In order to manage the day efficiently and support a smooth Sixth Form enrolment process, students have been allocated designated time slots based on their college group:
- 8:00am – Hercules College
- 9:00am – Victory College
- 10:00am – Trafalgar College
- 11:00am – External Students
Students should arrive promptly at their allocated time. Upon collecting their results, students who are continuing their studies with us will be able to enrol for Sixth Form on the same day.
Our staff will be available throughout the morning to provide support, guidance, and advice to all students – whether they are enrolling for Sixth Form or considering other pathways.
If your child is unable to attend on the day, please contact exams@stroodacademy.org in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made for receiving results and completing enrolment.
