- Live Performances: Witnessing top-notch Disney productions firsthand can be incredibly inspiring. Students can see professional actors, dancers, and musicians bring beloved characters to life, absorbing techniques and stage presence.
- Themed Environments: Every land in Disneyland is meticulously crafted to transport guests. From the spooky ambiance of Phantom Manor to the whimsical world of Fantasyland, students can observe storytelling through set design, music, and atmosphere.
- Witnessing Professionalism: Gain invaluable insights by observing professional actors and stage crews in action at Disneyland Paris. This firsthand experience will provide a unique perspective on the dedication and expertise required in the Industry.
- Boosting KS4 / KS5 Courses: The trip directly aligns with the curriculum of Performing Arts courses. Students will gain practical knowledge and broaden their understanding of the performing arts on an international stage.
Beyond the Fairytale: Exploring Parisian Culture
The itinerary isn’t just about theme park adventures. We’ve incorporated an afternoon dedicated to exploring the rich cultural tapestry of Paris. Students will have the opportunity to:
- Seine River Cruise: Embark on a scenic Seine River cruise, allowing them to appreciate the architectural wonders of Paris from a unique vantage point.
- Eiffel Tower Photo Opportunity: Capture a lasting memory with a picture-perfect moment at the iconic Eiffel Tower.
Aligning with the IB Learner Profile
This trip fosters the development of the IB Learner Profile attributes. Students will:
- Become Culturally Aware: Immerse themselves in French culture, fostering a deeper appreciation for global perspectives.
- Embrace Open-Mindedness: Engage with different artistic expressions, expanding their creative horizons.

An Unforgettable Experience
This trip offers an exceptional opportunity for our students to combine the magic of Disneyland Paris with a valuable cultural and educational experience. It promises to be an unforgettable journey that will enrich their academic pursuits, ignite their passion for
performing arts, and broaden their global perspective.
If you would like your child to take part in visit, please make a deposit of £80 on ParentPay and return by 11th September (please be aware that the trip may be full by this date). After the deposit, there will be further monthly payments (to complete the tour company deposit to secure the travel and hotel reservation). All payments are non-refundable from the tour company once we have confirmed the booking. Places are strictly limited to a maximum of 48 students, these will be allocated on a first come first served basis through ParentPay. If you have been able to make a payment of ParentPay you have secured a place. Further details about future payments will be sent out once a deposit has been given.
Each student will need to have their own passport which must be valid for at least six months after our return to the UK (start of November 2025) if a passport needs to be renewed the details will be required by the end of November 2024. Please send in a photocopy of your son/daughters’ current passport and GHIC card into school for our attention when your child’s place on the trip has been confirmed.
We understand that the cost can be a concern for some families. Please know that we offer limited payment support plans to ensure all students have the opportunity to thrive. If this is something you require, do not hesitate to contact us for a confidential discussion.
We will also be hosting a dedicated Parent/Carer and Student information session in January 2025 in the Main Hall. During this session, we will address any questions you may have and provide further details about the trip. A detailed information pack, including a comprehensive itinerary, consent forms, and payment details, will be distributed to you then. We highly encourage you to participate in this extraordinary opportunity. Places are limited, so please register your interest by 11th September 2024 to secure your child’s spot.
