Dear Parents and Carers,
As we approach the midpoint of this module, I wish to take this opportunity to communicate some important information regarding our schedule as we near the much-anticipated Christmas break. It is always a festive and exciting time of year, and we want to ensure that all families are well-informed of any changes that may affect their plans. The academy will officially close for the holiday on Friday, 20th December, and on this day, we will be dismissing pupils at 1:30 pm. This earlier finish time differs from our normal end-of-day routine, and I kindly ask that you mark this change in your calendars. We trust that you will make the necessary arrangements for your child’s collection from school on that day.
I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that our first day back in the new year will be on Tuesday, 7th January. The day prior, Monday, 6th January, has been designated as an INSET day for the academy staff. During this day, teachers and staff will partake in professional development and training sessions aimed at enhancing our teaching practices. Our goal is to continuously develop our capabilities so that we can provide the best possible learning environment for your children. We truly appreciate your understanding in this regard, and we remain committed to ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all our pupils.
