As the project is nearing its end, we were interested to hear how the work undertaken by students and staff from the Academy, in conjunction with the Guildhall Museum, has led to the development of a new exhibition in Rochester. The exhibition will be housed at the Guildhall Museum and will provide information about the Knights Templar. This of course will be a great asset to the promotion of Temple Manor. The Exhibition will be open to the public some point in May. Stuart, Blayney from Fitzpatrick Woolmer Designs, spoke to the students and explained the process of how their thoughts for the new exhibition grew through the design stage to construction. He explained how a work schedule is produced and the design brief that helped develop the final idea.
Next week the students will have the opportunity to visit the Guildhall Museum and see the Stuart’s ideas.
