The ‘LAT Monologue Slam’ held on 4th April at Strood Academy was a huge success! The evening boasted a plethora of articulate and emotive speakers, demonstrating a flare for expression and characterisation of dramatic text. The industry panel, made up of professional actors and theatre directors were blown away by the performances. “What a pukka evening of theatre” to quote, cockney film and TV actor, Calum McNab.
