GCSE Dance students visit the Royal Academy of Dance!

On Thursday 28th September, 26 of our GCSE Dance students visited the Royal Academy of Dance in London for a day of workshops. The students participated in various workshops which enhanced their knowledge and understanding of the new GCSE Dance set works. The students explored movement from Christopher Bruce’s Shadows and Kenrick H20 Sandy’s Emancipation of Expressionism. It was a very enjoyable day for our students and the students’ energy, enthusiasm and participation was fantastic! We received compliments from those leading the sessions in relation to the ability and behaviour on display from our students. Our students were great ambassadors for the school and Miss Philippou is very proud of all of those that attended.
